2. Hosting and Server Log Files

When you access the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This serves the secure and error-free provision of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure operation. Log data is deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Processing takes place on servers located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the service provider used.

3. Consent and Cookies

We use technically necessary storage operations without consent pursuant to Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Digital-Services-Data-Protection Act). All other categories require your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Declining is as easy as consenting. We store your selection with a version number in your browser's local storage so we can demonstrate your decision. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

4. Fonts and External Content

The fonts used are served locally from our server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other font networks. Maps, videos and analytics tools only load after your explicit consent.

5. Contact, Enquiry and Application Forms

If you contact us via a form, email or phone, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry. For a project enquiry, this includes name, company, contact details, information on the construction project such as location, number of piles, test load and project phase, as well as voluntarily uploaded documents.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose, subject to commercial and tax retention periods of six and ten years respectively pursuant to Section 257 HGB (German Commercial Code) and Section 147 AO (German Fiscal Code).

We process application data pursuant to Section 26(1) BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act) and Article 88 GDPR solely for the application process. We delete it no later than six months after the process has concluded, unless you have consented to longer storage.

Form submissions including attachments are delivered to our mailbox by email via the delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Delivery runs through a data centre in Ireland. Access from the USA cannot be ruled out. Resend is bound as a processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

6. Recipients and Data Processors

We only disclose personal data where necessary for contract performance, where you have consented, or where there is a legal obligation. Service providers for hosting, email delivery and IT maintenance are contractually bound pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

7. Transfers to Third Countries

No transfer to countries outside the EU and the EEA takes place. Should this change, it will only occur on the basis of an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses pursuant to Article 46 GDPR.

You may withdraw any consent given at any time pursuant to Article 7(3) GDPR. The lawfulness of processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
